According to reports Lalu Prasad Yadav, the leader of RJD (Rashtriya Janata Dal) has been given a clean chit by the CBI in DLF bribery case.
In January 2018, CBI had probed against Lalu Prasad Yadav for corruption and bribery against him and the DLF group.
It was reported tha DLF had bribed Lalu Yadav, for seeking Mumbai’s rail road project and New Delhi railway station’s project as well by giving Lalu Yadav a property in South Delhi. And it was reported that a Shell company was formed in order to make the purchase of the property.
According to the sources, “preliminary enquiry was closed as no case has been made out of the allegations”.
The former railwaya minister and former chief minister of Bihar, Lalu Yadav is serving his sentence in “The Dumka case” where he was found guilty and currently is out on bail after serving nearly 3 years.
