Bajaj auto today launched the Pulsar NS 125 in India. The new pulsar is marginally more powerful, 4 kg heavier than the Pulsar 125 which is the entry-level motorcycle amongst the Pulsar line-up and it also costs ₹20000 more.
Bajaj Auto states the new Pulsar NS 125 to be power-packed with performance and class leading features while primarily targetting the youth with this motorcycle.
The motorcycle is powered by a 125cc single-cylinder air-cooled fuel injection Dts-i engine with 5 speed gearbox which is claimed to be more powerful due to its BS6 compliance. The engine produces a maximum power of 12ps and 11nm of peak torque. It comes with 17 inches alloy wheels with 240mm front disc brakes and 130mm rear drum brakes with ground clearance of 179mm. The Pulsar NS 125 come in 4 color options – Fiery Orange, Burnt Red, Beach Blue and Pewter Grey.
The bike rivals to the likes of KTM duke 125 which is both more powerful and more expensive.
